Head, Strategy & Research

Monika is a brand strategist, digital marketer and researcher, having worked for two decades with brands such as Asian Paints, Tanishq, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Tata Chemical, WIPRO, J&K Bank, Bridgestone, CEAT, ACC, Ambuja Cement, BICS, Ciena and more. She has worked across diverse sectors and multiple countries. Monika is a post-graduate from IIMB and holds a diploma in digital marketing from CIM, UK.

Her approach is multi-stakeholder and agile, informed by the principles of open listening and whole systems approach. She works with a network of seasoned and talented marketers, researchers, and designers to deliver successful brand solutions.

Aparna Yadav Sengupta
Expertise: Qualitative Research & Marketing

Aparna has over two decades of work experience spanning the gamut of the Consumer Brand experience – on Advertising, as a Brand and Category head in the FMCG space, in Sales of Consumer durables and handling Marketing Communications. She has been an entrepreneur and producer of a successful Ad filmmaking production house. She is deeply interested in people, what makes them tick and how that affects decisions and has been working in qualitative research for over 6 years now.

Richa Pandey
Expertise: Marketing & Communications

Richa brings rich and diverse experience across branding, marketing management and entrepreneurship. Over the last two decades she has developed brand strategies for leading brands such as Piramal group and Spencers Retail; led marketing & communications for Elevar Equity, an impact investing firm as well as run her own e-commerce venture for nearly a decade.

Richa has an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a degree in Electronics Engineering from MANIT Bhopal.

Jaishilya Ganesh
Expertise: Qualitative Research

Jaishilya is a qualitative research expert, having worked with almost all leading brands in the country over the last three decades. She mentors and leads complex research projects with a deep and empathetic customer understanding. Previously, she worked with us to deliver several brand strategy projects for brands such as Asian Paints, Tanishq, CEAT, TATA Chemicals and more.

Jaishilya has a masters in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.

Pranav Jain
Expertise: Research & Filmmaking

Pranav is an independent researcher and filmmaker. Over that last 4 years, he has worked on research and filmmaking with various organisations. He likes understanding complex issues and using audio-visual tools for communicating ideas.

Pranav has studied Philosophy at Ashoka University.
